Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.

Exchanges and store credit notes are offered only in specific circumstances listed below. Credit notes are redeemable exclusively on thetalina.com.

When Can You Exchange?

We accept exchange requests only if:

• You received the wrong product
• Your order arrived damaged
• Parts are missing from your order
• There is a manufacturing quality defect
• Any other genuine issue, at our discretion

Email us at info@thetalina.com within 7 days of delivery to raise a request. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Sale items and customised orders
• Products purchased from third-party platforms or physical stores
• Orders where promotional codes or discounts were applied — these cannot be carried over to exchanges or credit notes

THE Taलिना reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request at its sole discretion.

Exchange Rules

• Exchanges are offered once per order only
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Used items sent for exchange will be returned without processing
• No discounts apply on exchange orders — items are billed at original price
• The full process (pickup → quality check → re-ship) takes 15–20 business days

Exchange Fees

Please note: Only the product value is credited in a credit note. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Shipments

If your order shows "Delivered" but has not arrived, email us at info@thetalina.com within 24 hours. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve within 7 business days. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to help.
